Top 5 Frequently Asked Support Questions:

What device and browser should I be using?

While the software will run on a smartphone, it is not the ideal device to use due to screen size limitations. A desktop or laptop computer is recommended for best user experience. As far as browsers go, Google Chrome is the recommended browser but you are welcome to try others if you wish.

Why aren't my pictures showing up inside my ebook?

When using the ebook editor to add images to your ebook, be sure to use www at the beginning of the url where your picture resides. For example, instead of https://bizweb2000.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/Medium-Banner-300x250-2.png -- you would use https://www.bizweb2000.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/Medium-Banner-300x250-2.png.

Why do I have blank spaces in my ebook?

If your images are too large, they can run onto the next page, creating blank pages. Remember, you can format the ebook just as you would a Word document, moving images, resizing, and working with text as well. You can also download the ebook as a Word file and edit it in that program if you are more comfortable. When you are done, you can save it as a PDF!

I have found that centering images is optimal. As far as image sizes, 600 pixels max is perfect if you plan to export to MS Word Doc files, and 800 pixels max works best if you plan to export your ebook as a PDF file.

How do I make a cover image for my ebook?

That's easy! Just visit this page at canva and pick a free template. Then add your text and download it as a PNG file. You can then add the cover image to the first page of your ebook and resize it as needed. If you have any trouble, email me and I'd happy to help.

How do I get the best content possible?

To get the best ebook content possible, when creating a new ebook be precise when filling out the "book topic" section on the first page. For instance, "How To Shop for and Prepare Inexpensive Gluten-Free Dinners" would be better than "Cooking".

And even more importantly, when you get to the suggested chapter names and descriptions, read them all. If they are not exactly what you want in your ebook, you can replace the suggested copy with whatever you want, and be very specific.

For instance, when I created this ebook about my dog Ziggy, I replaced an entire chapter title completely, replacing it with Ziggy the Frog Hunter. Then on the right side I described exactly what I wanted the chapter to be about. You can do this for each chapter and it will write about anything you want to be included in that chapter.
