At this page you can pay your one-time blog design fee.

TERMS: You own the domain and the blog.  There is no contract, all we ask is that you agree to host the blog with us for a minimum of one year. We ask this to offset the low cost design fee. After one year you are free to cancel the blog, keep it and move to a new host, or even sell the blog if you want. You also agree not to hold us liable for any blog downtime. While outages are rare, they can happen on any server and we cannot be held liable for any losses. By signing up below you agree to all this stuff. ;-)
